Our lead trainer has completed 2 years of study with Leeds University on Qualified Teacher Status to gain Post Graduate Award and also holds Professional trainer grade with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH)

Safety is not a new subject and many persons will hold knowledge on health and safety, albeit at varied levels for implementing company safety standards or developing new policies or procedures.
The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, section 2, makes legal requirements for employers to provide health and safety information, training within its business to their workers. The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, regulation 7 states that businesses should have access to a competent person, sufficiently trained in health and safety to meet this need.
